Time and Material Model (T & M)

In T&M model, we bill the customer on a monthly basis for the number of human resources deployed. Cost is determined based on the skills, management efforts and Infrastructure deployed and is evaluated by analyzing the exact requirements. This model offers you the flexibility to vary the size of your team depending on your projected workloads. This model is ideal for both offshore and on-site resource requirement where highly skilled resources are required.


Dedicated Team Model (DTM)

DTM model is the most suitable for long-term customer requirements, which translates into long-term cost benefits for you. DTM model is ideal for Remote Support and Management Services which need a longer commitment, assured security and business continuity. DTM is most preferred for the customers having customized service line or integrated technology serving where DTM resources can be trained according to specific client requirements.


SLA Driven Model
